Nike Running Shoes offer Triathlete Runner’s Edge

Nike Running Shoes offers the latest in innovations for long distance runners. For runners in their first triathlon, re-evaluating their shoe wear is a worthy consideration.

Runners should look at best running shoe for them

There are many running shoes out there by Nike, Asics, Adidas, New Balance, etc.. But before you spend money on a shoe, you need to consider what that shoe is for. Some shoes are designed for short sprint distances where others are built for longer distance.

Usually your training shoes will be different from your racing shoes. Training shoes normally provide more comfort and padding to keep you from getting injured or fatigued. Racing shoes are normally much lighter than you regular running shoes to give you an edge in your performance.

For distance events that will occur in marathons and triathlons, runners need to consider how their feet and legs will be in a fatigued state. You need to decide whether you really must trade speed for comfort at that point.

Nike’s Kantara II features stability and comfort with lightness. This shoe focuses on motion control for the over-pronator. You over-pronate when the inside of your foot has an excessive roll inwards. This particular style is a big-time favorite for those going the long-distance. It has a carbon-rubber heel which gets a lot of press now days for being more rugged against hard ground.
