As ironic as it may seem, the Ironman Magazine is not about the Ironman. It is a magazine for body builders, not for triathletes. Does that mean there’s nothing of value inside that magazine for you? Not at all. An occasional read of this magazine can help with your Triathlon training.

As a body building magazine, this magazine will cover information specifically geared towards weight lifting. You can use the techniques and guides in this magazine to help you with your own weight lifting. Weight lifting is an important part of training for the Ironman. Weight lifting will help you target weaker muscles and make them stronger. It can strengthen your upper body which will help you shake off fatigue during your next Ironman. Finally, it can help offset any unhealthy imbalances your muscles may develop as a result of your training.
